Central to Ukraine's strategy is the development of security guarantees in partnership with European allies. Tragically, the toll of ongoing hostilities was underscored by the recent Russian missile attack in Kharkiv, where the death toll rose to two individuals, including a young boy aged just three, as reported by the regional head, Oleh Syniehubov, via Telegram on Saturday. Additionally, an overnight drone strike in the Mykolaiv region targeted essential infrastructure, leaving several communities without power. Regional head Vitalii Kim informed that engineers were tirelessly working throughout the night to restore electricity, fortunately reporting no casualties from that attack.
